Het resultaat van dit geslaagde project voor een vakantiewoning aan de Noordzee mag er zijn. We hebben bewust gekozen voor lichte materialen om het adembenemende uitzicht op zee centraal te laten staan. Kranen, sanitair, stalen deur,… werden uitgevoerd in messing, wat zorgt voor een harmonieus en stijlvol geheel in de woning. Daarnaast is er aandacht besteed aan subtiele details, zoals een zorgvuldig weggewerkte tv, om van deze woonplek een rustgevend oord te maken waar je in alle stilte kunt thuiskomen.

For this renovation, we removed the wall between the living area and the kitchen to create an open-concept space. At the client’s request, we designed a unique fireplace that seamlessly extends from the wall, aligning with the existing chimney. This thoughtful design enhances the connection between the living and kitchen areas, creating a cozy yet spacious atmosphere.

Collaboration with @assararchitects

One of my very first projects I worked on under the supervision of Lailla E. The results are very nice to see and kind of nostalgic because it has been five years since I started working with Assar.

What you see is the 'pijnkliniek', this is a medical facility specializing in the diagnosis and management of chronic pain. Patients can safely retract in a cocoon when dealing with private moments of pain, or can open their pod and enjoy a light and open space area.

I hope to share some more work I did in collaboration with Assar as there have been many projects I enjoyed working on 💪
